Happy Easter!!

We had a very fun, low-key Easter weekend.  So thankful for Jesus' sacrifice for us to save us from our sins ... He knows how badly we need it!!

Spring Break

Graham's school had spring break last week and L&C's school has it this week, so we went to Sea Island last Tuesday and came home yesterday (to the snow, i might add).  My parents were there and we overlapped with Jackson's family for a few days ... and of course we all had a great time.  We had some rain and some chilly days but also a good amount of sunshine and as usual plenty of hot tub time!!

And finally, I have to show off Margie's incredible talent at the Etch-a-Sketch.  Carter asked her to draw Woody from Toy Story.  She is sooo good and always provides us lots of laughs with her "drawings" 

Chattanooga

We took a quick little trip to Chattanooga this past weekend and all had a lot of fun!!  We didn't end up in the ER like last year, so with that said, it was definitely a successful trip :)

... I'm a bit surprised this didn't happen sooner.  Who knows how but Luke and Carter broke one of the spindles off of Carter's bed.  Those houligans!!!  

Happenings

As usual, I have so little to blog about in January and February (waa waa).  I will go ahead and put it out there ... i am NOT a fan of winter.  Thankfully it hasn't been too bad and we've had plenty of days to play outside and spring and daylight savings are so close I can taste them :)  Anyway, here are a few pics (and one video) of what we've been up to around here lately.  

Enjoying many fires ... i taught the boys a game that i played with my brothers when i was a little girl - sit with your back to the fire until you can't take it any longer and then they run to me and i judge who has the hottest back!!

Snow Day

We finally got some snow ... just enough to get all bundled up and head out for a snowball fight and to make some snow angels.  It was very short lived (the snow itself and our time out in it) but very fun!!
