On the Road ...

I spent A LOT of time on the road last week ... 3 days in a row of being on the road (wed, thur, AND fri), a 2 day break, and then we hit the interstate one more time on Monday.  Last Wednesday we drove down to Clanton, AL to bury my grandfather ... Joseph Watts Moore had just celebrated his 97th birthday the week before and peacefully went to be with the Lord!!  Shortly after PaPa had taken his last breath, I got to have this great conversation with Graham and tell him that PaPa was in the throne room of heaven and meeting Jesus face to face for the very first time ... such an incredible picture and such an incredible man.  We had such a sweet service for him and really sweet family time ... and some seriously good southern cooking!!  Then we headed to Memphis to have a really chill weekend and spend time with our grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins ... my boys were in heaven :)  We spent the majority of our time in and out of the hot tub/pool (as we always seem to do at Bet Bet and Snacks' house) - maybe it's a sign that we need to build one at our new house!!  So thankful for time to create memories with family and the love that we all share ... I was pretty pitiful at getting out my camera, but here are a few pics:

 What a legacy he left!!

I hope this little guy has as many great memories of his grandfather as I do of mine
